Jet Lite
No Refund of cancellation since 2 months

I ve cancelled three tickets of jet lite but there is no refund credited to my account.

Dear Sir,

following tickets has been cancelled

Mrs. Swati & Ms. Payal Gawande: Date : 6 Feb

Two tickets has been cancelled but there is no refund till now, I ve called call centers many times but they are telling me amount is credited within 6-7 days.

Also One more ticket has been cancelled of Mr. Sharma but no refund has been given...

According to rules of air regualatory. refund must be given within 3-4 working days...

Im very harassed by jet lite regarding refund...

please help me out...
