Extra charge for my booked tickets

I have booked my tickets form Cochin to Delhi. The Flight carrier has charged me 1900 INR. They have not charged Fuel Surcharge in my ticket. The total charge for my ticket showed 1900 INR only. Can the flight carrier charge me with extra money when i board the plane?

I need to know that so that they cannot cheat me when i board on the plane.
