Giving Louis Quartz Watch As prize without providing any valid warrenty card

Dear Sir,

I have received one Louis Quartz as a prize after winning a scratch card conest run by Jet Lite after boarding there flight from Guwahati to Kolkata under a scheme paying Rs 500. for the watch which shows a price tag of Rs3990.But i have not received any valid warranty card, service centre number orany serial number on the watch.

I feel i havebeen cheated by a renown company like Jet/Jet-lite. So, kindly provide any suggession.
