False commitment by sales person of tatatel

We were sold the package for internet broad band connection giving false information, inspite of call all the concerned people we were only told that some person their end may come for disconnection, instead we received a bill of amount Rs.246.36.Is this the way TATA is selling its product & the seniors are overlooking our complaints. This is the copy of mail forwarded to _service@tatatel.co.in, jignesh.yadav@tatatel.co.in

Dear Sir,

We have got your high speed internet broad band connection through your sales person Mr. Jayprakash Zha who visited us on11/11.Your sales person had booked our connection for Plan code-DS78-unlimited 512, he also committed to give us STATIC IP for free which was being clarified properly before booking the connection. One of your engineers Mr. Sanjay, visited us for the installation of connection on 15/11 who initially denied to provide us the STATIC IP but on further communications with his seniors Mr. Vimlesh Tiwari & Mr. Jignesh, we were assured to get the STATIC IP on 17/11 for which Mr. Vimlesh Tiwari was supposed to visit us personally. Unless we get the STATIC IP we are not using the connection.

In spite of making several calls to all the concerned person for the connection we have not got any response from your side. This is very much disgusting. For accompany like TATA if this is the kind of service expected at customers end we regret to say that we do not need your connection.

Kindly arrange for some one to come to our place to take back your setup box which is of no use to us & simply occupying space in our office.

Please revert back immediately. Expecting best of your cooperation for the above complaint.
