No internet connectvity and phone for last one week

Dear Sir,

Pls note i am using reliance broadband .my user id no. is 286373263603.

Last monday 30 june . customer care saying that you will get connecting in 24 hour.

after one week not response in reliance brand band. i am not geeting any internet connectingvity.

My home Phone number is:0422-3917647

They are big cheater, and their services is very poor.

My other relatives and freinds also have the same veiw on this company.

My loss of 1200rs.
