Excess Billing

We have using a corporate plan (A/c no. 970136737) In this Plan We have one no.92169-81816 which is no to be used by us from Aug to 11 Jan than we have start this no.from 12.01.2010.but from this number you are charging Excess Billing.when we have find this number such same number is used in delhi (STD shop). The complaint had been lodged and approached via call, SMS, even written complaint in Sec.35 (Platinum) but no body had given any response. we have not using such number. Please rectify our bill and send your consumer executive to solve this problem.
