Water Crisis since many years for residents from WZ-324 to WZ-343 and WZ-349 to WZ-362

We would hereby like to bring to your kind notice that problem of drinking water supply in our locality has become very severe now a days. The residents from WZ-324 to WZ-343 and WZ-349 to WZ-362 till Jhar Baba Mandir are facing a critical problem of drinking water since many years. The situation has grieven itself to the extent of quarrel among the neighbours. Although there is supply of water in our near by houses. Only we the residents (from WZ-324 to WZ-343 and WZ-349 to WZ-362) are facing the problem of inadequate water supply.

Moreover the streets are so narrow that the tankers can not reach our areas. Junior Engineer as well as the Zonal Engineers of Delhi Jal Board had taken some steps in this regard previously, but the situation could not be improved. The only solution to the above mentioned problem is to build an Underground Water Storage Tank behind the M.C.D. maternity centre. So that the pressure in water pipes can be increased and water can be supplied to higher lying areas.

We have already mentioned our problem to the concerned authorities but no successful steps have been taken and the problem is increasing day by day.

The Jhar Gali RWA will be much obliged on behalf of the residents if their letter is given a thought of and the steps are taken at the earliest.
