Excessive Power cut

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am Dinesh Agarwal residing at Pyada toli, upper bazar, Ranchi (Jharkhand).

I am a student preparing for CAT. But my studies are regularly being hampered because of regular power cut in our area. On (27-05), there was no power from 12:00 noon to midnight, which compelled me to write to you. I have already complained to Mr. Shri A.K. Mehta, JSERC and Mr. S.K.F. Kujur, JSERC. In response they replied that we can't do anything, you should contact JSEB for the matter and as per my knowledge there is no website of JSEB. Then what is the solution of this problem?
