New Connection

I had applied on 31.05.2008 for new connection on the name of my mother ie. Smt. Mithila Devi W/o Sri Cchandra Kant Pathak. I had paid all amount as per their estimate dated 18.06.2008 and above this Rs. 3000/- for poles for which receipt not given. When i asked for receipt of Rs. 3000/- they told that wee already mentioned in your estimate thaat service line would be 60 feet. But till date neither connetion activated nor poles have been erected. Whenever i enquired about they they answered your connection would be started in one week or poles are not in stock.

I submit appliccation under RTI on 17.04.2009 but reply is still not received. meanwhile when i met SDO JSEB, Dhanbad he told you have to paid again for poles then i asked for estimate and receipt but he also failed to give same. Aabove all he uses some unofficial languages also.

I have to appear for CA final examination from 1.06.2009 hence without power my preparation is also hampered and i could not able to concentrate on study.
