Non Accountal of Rs. 500.00 into saving bank account no

Sir,

I have my saving bank account no. 65001378863 with State Bank Of Patiala branch Kosi Kalan Mathura, which is operating since august. Recently i was withdrawn of Rs. 500/- from an ATM outlet of State Bank Of India on 16.07.2009 whereas amount of Rs. 500/- was actullay debited into my account no.65001378863 but the cash did not received to me at the time of transaction with State Bank Of India ATM outlet on 16.07.2009.

In this regard i have been already intimated to State Bank Of Patiala on 20.07.2009 regarding such difficulty but no response has given to me so far from the bank, even the officials of State Bank Of Patiala communicated to me to approach with concerned officials in State Bank Of India because of the transaction made earlier at SBI ATM outlet.

Further more i wish to know that how can i enable to rectify the same transaction into my SBOP account no. 65001378863 even when i have not contacted with any of the officials in SBI.The copy of the receipt generated at the time of transaction made at SBI ATM on 16.07.2009 have already been submitted by me to SBOP Kosi Kalan on 20.07.2009.

Hope an early action in this regard.
