I am Retailer owning an easy sim No:9994729457.I had done a wrong recharge and wanted to do complaint in 404 but the only response i have got is that i am not allowed to call this no, Why? neither my message is accepted in 202.I have worked hard for airtel but now i feel with this very poor performance I wish to transfer my customer to some other company which has better care for its retailers and consumers. On calling 121 from consumer no and speaking to consumercare executive at chennai I came to know that airtel does not have its retailer easy sim information. I only ask for your own mistakes should we suffer.
