Telephonic Harrasement

Dear Sir,

Please note that i was having one credit card bearing no.4317575010493634 and there was an outstanding of rs.1600/=which was sattled by me on 17/01/07 vide your tracer no. TC-GGN81200745 dt.17/01/07and asked to cancel my credit card because i was not happy with the services. Now even after more than one and a half year i have been harrassed by your people saying that i will be beaten to death or you give us our money. I really do not understand that is a financial instiution or muscle man agency.

Inspite of my lot of request to your system nobody has updated the data and still i have been threatened by your employee on 21/09/08 named RAGHU PRATAP SINGH who called me from a telephone no.0121 - 4015115 and threatened me to pick me up from my residence and broke my legs. Finally seeing the continuous nonsence from your side i have logged a FIR in police station against you and serving a legal notice to you, because even after the incident the police inspector called up your manager and asked the facts and he assured us to enquire the same and will revert back on this issue. But now even after 7 days there is no response from the management side also.

Kindly look into the matter and revrt
