I need a clarification from your end regarding come to an end of internet connection today (19-06).

Our Land line No: 42637279 in name JIT Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd – Chennai, for the same we have paid the payments as per your due date 18-06 by adding late fee Rs.50/- through your receipt no: CC10155952 DT.18-06-08 (time: 05:03:01) at your office address Old no:13, New No:115, AB Block, Damro Furniture Building, Anna Nagar, Chennai – 600 040.

After paying the amount on a due date why you have terminate only the internet connection not the land line connection, when we have enquire to your customer care Madam Meena easily informed that till time your payment account is not been update in our account. Why??? How??? when you are having on line facilities it must been update ……,
