Very bad Service

I've bought domains off this company in the past, i've been trying to get access to my account to modify nameservers to several domains i own in this account, due to their upgrades, the domains have been unavailable for days and i have not been able to modify anything, live chat supports say i need to wait.

IF you run an online business you'll understand that modifying nameservers needs to be carried out quickly without waiting.

live chat support by the name of siddhart is very unprofessional, declines to chat after a couple of minutes
