Dear Sir,

This is the reference of of above credit card no. we would like to inform you the current scenerio of your Executive how they the collected the amount which is balance overdue.

I have received a letter from you legal Manager (saswati mukherjee - mobile 09331281691) on 30th December, 08 that my saving account money Rs. 28, 917.44 has been kept on hold due to non payment of my credit card without my notification. Also he/she is stated in the letter to pay the sumamount within 7days from the receipt of this letter. I received letter on 02.01.09 than I immediately issued a cheque of Rs. 20, 000 which is posted on 5.01.09. it is stating in the statement that the amount is depoited and after that its reflecting in my account that the cheque is bounced and the bank has also charges Bounce charges of Rs. 350.00

When i came toknow that the cheque is bounced back I moved to Gallender house (Collection Centre), Strand road, Kolkata, the gatekeeper kept on standing half an hours and finally gatekeeper introduce Mr. proloy.

I told him whole story but he refuse to accept anything and now finally i found that the full amount are swingled from my saving account.

Now, can you please advise is this you treat to customer.

I request you to please look the matter and now and also request tocontinue my credit card services.
