Irrerisponsibility of bus driver & conducto

Respected sir,

I hv a complaint about to the irresponsibility of the bus driver & conductor.

The rouite of the bus is Kangra-Kalka of Dehra Depot.

The driver & conductor of the bus does not stop the bus at the regular bus stop on this rouite, sepically on the way Baddi-kalka & kalka-baddi. They stop the bus ahead of 1 km from the destination. They made their own destinations. they do not follow the rule. It happened many times.

It is not me only who suffers, many of the passangers have suffered from their behaviour.

When the passangers asked them why not to stop, The bus driver & conductor starts quarel. They do not see the age of the passenger & talk them with the bad language that I can not explain.

The bus driver & conductor said go to anyone anywhere. We can see him.
