Subject: Late Receipt of Credit Card Statement.

Dear Sirs / Madam,

We regret to inform you that despite of our repeated reminders through telephone and e-mail, we are not received the credit card statement in time, so that we could not be able to make the payment within due time which leads to charging of late payment fees in the statement which we alway use to get late.

Moreover in your statement payment due date is IMMEDIATE, so we could not able to understand when to make the payment and after what period you will charge the late payment fees.

We have severely paid the late payment fees inspite of bills have not received in time. But for the statement for the period Sept. 18 to October 17 we will be making the payment of Rs. 32597.19 after deducting of Rs. 600 and S.T. of Rs. 74.16.
