Non-Delivery of Consignment

I had booked one consignment vide Consignment Note No. Z87117341 dated 04.03.2008 at your ITO Branch located rear side of Nehru House, Ground Floor. At the time of booking the above consignement I checked with your Mr. Shiv Kumar that by what time it will be delivered to the recipient and Mr. Shiv Kumar assured me that it will be delivered today i.e. 05.03.2009 before noon. But till this time this has not been delivered to the recipient. I am continuously following-up with Mr. Shiv Kumar and every time his reply is that it will be delivered today positively.

You will appreciate that purpose of ugency is defeated if the item sent through courier is not delivered on the stipulated time and being some urgent documents this was sent through courier otherwise we could have sent it through normal dak.

I am continuously trying to contact at your customer care and once I could get through the line and enquired about the status of delivery of the above consignement alternately Mr. Sahid at your customer care told me to check the status from the concerned booking office i.e. ITO. Also I request him to get me connected some body at senior level but the same has not been done. I therefore ask from you if it a business like.

Also I am very much upset of lie statment made by your Mr. Shiv Kumar of ITO Branch that our courier boy has come back that recipient side did not receive the consignement. On this, we checkup with the recipient and we were told that no corier by from DTDC came to us till this time.

Keeping in view the urgency and seriousness of the matter, you please look into the matter and return with right status as per return mail.
