EPF Status

I have sent four mails regarding status of EPF under my EPF Code No.13/9053 as well as sent aletter by registered post but till date no reply is received. A copy of letter is as under. If they send me the detail I can withdraw my EPF amount which was lying there.

I have worked with you at Store Purchase Department since 1979 till the date of closure. At present I am settled at Ahmedabad and need to withdraw an amount from my provident fund account no.13/9053. Please let me know the status of my provident fund account and procedure of the withdrawal or transfer from the Trust, which the same is lying.

You are requested to kindly send the Status to me along with the prescribed form of withdrawal/transfer if any.
