Tyre deformation

I have got a maruti swift lxi 16800km old.using tyres provided by company at the time of delivery.my prob is that 3 out of 5v tyres are having deformation problem.one tyre deformed to an extent that it started leaking and i had to changed that immediately.now 2 tyres are deformed, my car is vibrating while running.i doubt u guys will do anything in this matter???
