Extra Charges for home delivery

We are staying in Electonic city, Doddathogure village, when ever we book a cylinder with J N Ent. they charge extra 50 for home delivery. If we refuse give the money, person says give money and take the cylinder other wise i will take back the clylinder and sell it for someone. When we informed about this behavior to the owner. He is not responding only & least bothered about it.

Please look into this matter and solve this.
