Not responding to phone

Ton of people are having problem with service of JN Enterprises, BTM Layout, Bangalore. When we ask they say go ahead and change your distributor I am not here to solve your problem. They don't lift the phone, always phone remains busy and no response. They provide 4-5 phone numbers but always always they are busy and no response.

This is because they cover very very vast area right from BTM layout, Begur, Bommanahalli, Hosur Road and till electronic city. Population in this area has increased exponentially because of IT belt in Electronic city and many many costomers are bumping on to JN, They are not able to handle this huge customer base with existing facility. Please think of allocating two agencies for Begur and Bommanahalli. It will help your customers in this locality. We are really having trouble with JN Gas distributors.
