Fraud done by fastrack (vodafone associates)

Dear Sir,

On 11th nov i got call from Fast Track, A-21/8, Naraina industrial area, phase -II, New delhi-110028, for a post paid connection. They committed that they will be giving me new connection with no. of my choice i.e. 09999991221, same is also mention on the receipt no.16712 dtd 12/11/09 issued by concerned department for which I agreed and paid Rs 250/- to them.

After that customer care /verification department told that there is no posibility of giving particular no.with this much amt.as this was premium no.for which I refused & asked the executive to kindly refund my money back, but no action had been taken at yet.

I want my money back and want to sue Fast Track, Associate of Vodafone for making me fool and doing such inconvience to me.

Please do the needful and strict action against them.
