Terdox oil and gas company is real one or not

Is it real company or fraud how could i know

I received a mail from the hr department of Teradox oil and gas limited company to forward my resume to this company. I did the same and after few weeks i received the appoinment letter without any verbal or electronic interview. This company is loctated at Ghana. I searched through the internet and found nothing and not even in the registered list of oil and gas companies of Ghana. How could i confirm this is real or fraud as i have been asked in advance to pay for the visa.please help me to kmoe details of truth..
