Non deleivery of Order No. 4936217

I have sent you DD by speed post afetr which you have sent mail to me mentioning that would get book between 29th to 31st Octomber but till 15th Nov.08 I have not received it! My oredr number is mentioned above and you have mentioned that you have sent it to me it by Indus International by courier armex airway no. 5742056972 and book is job satisfaction.

I am extremely sorry to write aback to you and as on the date I have not received it. Will you please let me knoe on which address you have sent it and whether it is delivered or not. I have requested you to deliver it on Pune address, while I had sent you DD by speed post.

You should bother to cross check it and see that the book is being delivered. On the contrary you are not receiving my mails also.

I have sent you registerd letter on 15th Nov. 08 with non receipt of the book and surprisingly you have not even replied to my mail sent to you. It is not fair at all. pl call me back urgently to avoid further complication and oblidge.
