Product not of good quality

Sir, i bought 6 baniyans of jockey from SATINDRA TRADERS, SIRHINDI BAZAR, PATIALA. just 2 months ago, but has no bill .now they starting itching my body dur to 'boor' on them appearing under side. I went to TRADER but he has refused to register my complaint against company. THIS is very branded product and has double rate than other company similar products but may be particular products purchased by me are not of good quality. SO i want to replace that set of baniyans from company.
