College is not refunding Caution Money (Rs. -)

I am Naresh Khatri from Jodhpur. I have cleared RMAT and took admission in MBA as a regular student of "Jodhpur Institute of Management", Jodhpur in the year 2006. And I have completed my MBA in November. I have deposited my all books to the library and cleared all the dues.

I have submitted an application dated February to the college demanding my caution money Rs. -. I have attached "Original Fees Receipt" with the application of college fees, as demanded by the college. But I had forgotten to take signatures on the photocopy of the application as well as receipt, for my proof.

College is showing no interest..there is no response from the college.

What should I do..?
