Regarding National Anthem

Dear Sir,

Me and my few friends have gone to watch a movie in Joker Cinema, Kalyan. Though it is compulsory to play national anthem at the start of any movie in any theater, we observed that this rule is not followed in this theater. We tried to confirm with some people all told us that this is a natural practice there.
