May I please request your attention on above subject.

My PF A/c No is Emp Code MH /4100 /1140.

I received following two cheques through HDFC Bank, Mayur Colony, Pune and I have sent them back to your office for correction in payee name through my previous organization Jost’s Engineering Company Limited. They were spelled wrongly as "Archana A Bolil - S.B.A/c No. 01491050035235"

1) chq no. 791213 dtd 27.02.2009 for Rs.64262.00 SBI, Mumbai Main Branch

2) chq no. 749213 dtd 27.02.2009 for Rs.24519.00 SBI, Mumbai Main Branch

Because of spelling mistake on both the cheques, they were not cleared by the bank.

You are kindly requested to look into the matter and arrange to send the cheques with correct name as follows

Cheque payable to: "Archana A Bokil - S.B.A/c No. 01491050035235" – HDFC, Mayur Colony

I hope the new cheques will come with added interest rate caused due to delay in payment.
