My Demat A/c is not opening by passwords

Dear Sir/ Ma'm,

My name is Subbanna. S Client ID : 00150874. I have a Demat Account plus online share trading account with SBI Cap Securities.i trying to open acc.by login, pass word but it giving me" try again and invail password".since then i'm constantly trying to reach toll free number and customer care numbers given on their website, www.sbicapsec.com. i m not getting any reply.

In one way i have incurred loss due to non-response from SBI Cap Securities.

I even sent complaints on their email ids.

Please help me in above matter.
