WORST STANDARDS ON DELIVERY

ON 27/3/09 i had booked a book in Swapna book stall in banagalore. they are delivered that through DTDC to my given address (anathapur, A.P.).

Its very poor service on Anathapur branch.

In address i had given Kalyanadurgam road, Ananthapur.

they are sended to Kalyanadurgam and they are taken back to ananthapur.

After that they are telling perticular area is not coming our ananthapur area, which is around 500 mtrs. away.

They are not willing to deliver the goods.

Is this way to treat customers.

After a long discussion they delivered the goods.

I am going to complaint to consumer court regarding poor service.
