PF withdrawal not received

Dear Sir,

My name is Zebada Zandra Ryngksai and in March two sets of forms relating to withdrawal of my Employees' Provident Funds accounts which are as follows were submitted:

1. Withdrawal pertaining to PF No. KN/BN/34272/49154 which was during my tenure in Adecco Flexione Workforce Solutions Ltd, Bangalore. Date of leaving this company was 07.10.2006.

2. Withdrawal pertaining to PF No. KN/BN/25481/072 which was during my tenure in JT International (India) Private Limited, Bangalore. Date of leaving this company was 31.03.2009.

Its most appreciated if you could kindly assist me in knowing the position as its been 3 months since the submission and Ive constantly checked with my bank which is Citibank in Bangalore and they have still not received any cheques. I am also unemployed and have moved back home to Meghalaya and in badly need of financial assistance and which the PF would greatly help me in taking care of my family.
