Not getting Pancard

I APPLIED FOR PAN CARD through acknowledgement no.060880100475390 for change of surname details.

the card was send athrough courier as per ur record, but not recived by me.

again I applied for card th. ack. no 050880100577855. now u have raised the quary regarding fathers name 7 proof req.

when u have already updated the details why a quary.
