Courier delivered to somebody else

DTDC is providing world class courier servisce this was my previous experience with DTDC.

I was going to receive a concignment from Ahmedabad, but I have not yet received the c/ment with shipment no. A16381845 booked by ICICI bank Satellite branch Ahmedabad, on 29/10/09 for Noida.

I have contacted with local DTDC branch at noida they are saying they have been delivered the c/ment but I have not yet received the same even they are not sharing the POD/DRS to confirm the recipient.

I have loaded complaint to customer care regarding this on 03/11/09 (Complaint no. 13677) at Delhi.

The urgency of delivery can be assume from my follow up from 03/11/09 as mentioned in below mail. This was very important consignment. I have conform this at my end and suffered a lot talked several time with your customer care at delhi.

Please take this on priority.
