Complaint against Hyundai MIL

I booked a Santro Xing GL car by paying Rs25000/- from one of the franchise of Hyundai MIL in Kolkata on 8th of August under an offer announced by Hyundai MIL. After that I applied for personal loan and it is sanctioned. This week (19th of August) Hyundai MIL informed me that Hyundai doesn’t have any stock of that car – so they can’t provide me the car. But at the time of booking they confirmed me that I will receive my car in time. Now they say that they don’t have any stock of that car.

Hyundai MIL placed an advertisement of this Santro Xing GL car in one of the Bengali Newspaper on 10th of August, which is after my booking date 8th of August. That means on 10th August, they are asking the customers to buy this car. How can it be out of stock within 8th of August!!

Later what I came to know that Hyundai MIL placed this advertisement so that customers book that car and later compelled to take the other cars which were not under offer. This is purely a cheating. Even the franchise didn’t know that there is no stock of that Santro Xing GL car.

I have complained against this to Hyundai MIL several times. But I didn’t get a single call from them.
