I have signed a contract with Just Dial Pvt. Ltd. for providign leads related to my business. I was assured a minimum of 1 lead/day which could go upto 2-3 leads/day. Its been more than a month since I have made their payment but till date have received only 4-5 leads in total i.e. in the! st week after signing the contract. I have contacted them repeatedly but there is just no response at their end. On the other hand they have told me to pay more money so that I can upgrade to a higher value contract after which they think I might be able to get leads. I would like to know what action I can take against them since they are debiting money directly through ECS from my account.

I have been cheated by Just Dial and I feel its been one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with till date.
