Renewal Problem & No Support at all

Hi,
I m been running a contract with just dials for the past 5 years now & for the first time i faced a problem & at the time i didnt get any support for the comapny,
I renewed the contract on 12 Feb when the comapny executive Pradeep Sharma visited my home.i gave the renewal amt in cash. At the time of renewal i still hav few leads left from my old a/c.
I was getting the leads as usual till 4th March, but after this very date no leads were fwd to me.
when i asked the customer support on 7th march then they told me that ur contract is not renewd in our system records.
I then i contacted pradeep for the same & he said he will be checking & getting back to me soon.but he didnt replied for 2 days.i then called back & he said that by chance ur contract is not renewed & he will be doing the same withing 2-3 days.
After 3 days i called him agin but he sometimes didnt picked up, sometimes said he is busy in meeting & sometimes hanged up the phone.this went for another 2 days.
I then called up the customer support again & they took my number & said that they will be calling me very soon.but all in vain, i never rcvd a call for them.
After another 2 days i called pradeep again & see my luck "HE JUST PICKED THE PHONE THIS TIME" & said the Monica [tele makt depatment is on leave & she would be back in 2 days then i can convey to her.]
I again beleieved him but after two days when i called up pradeep he didnt picked/hangep up my phone.
i virtually called him everyday after this & got no reponse whatsoever.
He didnt picked up the phone when called my numer but he picked when i called from sum other number [How ridiculous].
i again tried with cust support but they said there sys nt working & they took my number saying sum1 will surely call.but as usual nobody called [i think they take the nos only to throw in dustbins].
Finally after all efforts i m just fed up & writing this letter now on 25th march & Nothing has happened yet.
