Faulty recommendation by Just Dial

Based on the recommendation from Just Dial, I had purchased Autocop car security and Llumar sunfilm for my car on 15.06.2009 from Harrys Car and Cable Accessories, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. I was informed by the owner, Hari that he was authorised to install Autocop and Llumar sunfilm. However, the Autocop was not installed properly and gave trouble from installation stage. When I called Autocop office, I was informed that this person is not authorised hence I will not get door step service for any complaint. Apart from this, the Llumar sunfilm was so shoddily fitted that bubbles have already started to appear. When I called Just Dial to give them my feedback, there was no response from their end. Further, when I loaded these comments on the user review section for "Harrys Car and Cable Accessories", Just Dial has not loaded my reviews thereby, for mere commercial gains, are putting other unsuspecting customers at risk. Their website still displays "Harrys Car and Cable Accessories" as their "Just Dial Guarantee" which further leads unsuspecting customers to get fooled.
