Unfulfilment of contract

We as a company entered into 4 years contract in 10 on priority listing category the highest category at that time in 2006. later dates the company introduced new catergories of listing above priority listing and reduced the weightage of old listings who were listed and entered in to contact for 4 years contract and our company has stopped receiveing inquries inspite of being priority customer . the company has cheated on contract terms which is valid till 2010.

non of the customer care executives nor the management is responding to the our questions. and we are fininding very hard to deal on the same. we have contacted customer care division and been speaking to care executives but are landing with new answers every time.

could the consumer forum help in sorting out the issue.
