Changing of Contract Terms

Had signed a contract with Just dial for a period of 3 years they converted the same into lead based contract and keep on deducting money from the same and keep sending leads which are useless Their tele marketing girl Ms. Noorie keeps on pestering me for renewal of contract even after being informed that they cannot change the contract as per their whim and fancy and then keep extorting money from me but they and the company are shameless and are not bothered about their customers.
