NO COMMUNICATION, Harassment, Poor service...

I got SMS from Just Dial for Business Associates on 1st of Nov.

I like the concept of it so I paid Rs 3000 by credit Card on 2nd Nov.

After paying 3000 Rs, I dont received any information. I got SMS confirmation of Payment of 3000 from Just dial.

From That Day I was constantly following for it, No proper information i received.

After trying on call center no they told me the person who had done my process has left the organisation and they dont have proper information.

I told them: Plz refund my money as I dont want to associate with Just Dial.

I was in touch with Miss Ruchita... No 022 28884060 / 239514300 EXTN 2355. she told me it will take 2 months time for refund, Now she told me We cant refund your money.

I send lots of mails, calls but not received any feed back.

I want my money back.

It's look like fraud.

This is reason I am submitting complain against Just Dial- Mumbai.
