Pathetic service, Fake comitments from Saler Executive

I had registered myself on Just Dial Services (Paid section) in the Month of march. My plan was lead based. I was not getting proper leads and also they told me that the number published on the website will be complementary. Once the plan started I was not getting proper lead most of then were irrelevant. So I asked the customer service to make sure to provide me the service I asked for, also they start charging me for the phones generated from the website (Justdial.com). I called customer care and Ms. Jyoti & Mr. Tushar informed me that I will get the refund for wrongly charged lead which is Call from Internet and Irrelevant calls. Even on my constant complaints they did nothing. I got fedup and told them I dont want there services. which also I was told that It will be done. Its already 2 months and nothing is been done by them I am being to constant touch with executives but there is no response. KIndly look into the matter and get me my refunds and also the compensation for calls and problems I have to go thru them.
