Unable to call after paying 25euros

I recharged my account with 25 euros.

And within a day My account was locked..

the error message in console.. is something like this

Your phone number: Status

1 *** 697 **** The call was disconnected

Destination phone number:

91 ** 234 **** The call was disconnected

The call ended due to an unknown error

Please help me use my 24 euros to help me get it back..

If anyone gives me the soluion..I am willing to share my justvoip account with the person..

And if it is a Betamax employee or service person..
