JVC Handycam GZMG130 Model
Defected Handycam sold to me!!

Last Year i went to buy a Handycam from Navrang Audio and Vedio Pvt. Ltd from laxmi Nagar, Delhi. I wanted to buy SONY handycam but their sales people insisted me to purchase JVC handy cam and told me so many features including Harddisk option.

But after purchasing of 6 months the problem started begining. My handycam is not working since then.

when i on the camera the message comes " Your camera temperature is too low, Please keep your camera on" After keeping camera on, the Camera doesn't work and message shows " HDD Error".

I contacted too many times to Navrang Audio and Vedio regarding this problem and went to their show room also. But they were not able to solve my problem. Instead giving me telephone numbers. Every time when i contacted on given telephone number, they told me they don't deal in JVC, they deal in Panasonic Camera.

I have a very bad experience after buying camera from Navrang. They don't care about customer's feedbacks and problems. I purchased this camera to shoot vedio of my little born baby but all went in vain after paying Rs 28600/-.
