I have my shop in vasai (thane) named prachi jwellers Addressed: shop no .06 K T nagar co-op housing society navghar opp shreyas hospital vasai w.

My regular client has swiped his credit card on 9/9 worth rs .25000/- has he purchased gold from my shop my MID Num.50040725 and my TID number is 17247594. The client bank HDFC has released his money but my bank icici merchandise bank is not released my money saying some sign verification problem occured.

So for the same, client has submitted his pan card, no objection letter. Then also i didnt received money. I called in customer care on 19/9 at 1.30 pm one guy replied me that its now on hold bcoz of signature and ur money will be given u after 255 days means 9 months where this i told to my client he told there is no objection from me and my bank and released the money than wats the problem with ICICI merchandise bank that not releasing money and secondly, if they have some doubt also they can't hold client money for 9 month as ICICI merchandise bank either they reimburse the client money to their account so that they can make fresh transaction with us.

But again i called at 7.40 pm the other customer care employee from ICICI merchandise bank told me that there is no procedure of 255 days your status will be known on 24/9 and the complaint number is SR112103509.

So in this way me and my client are getting hurrasement by the ICICI merchandise bank for not giving proper information holding clients money from last ten days continue calling twice a day than also no proper response has been given to me kindly do the needfull as soon as possible
