Bharat Gas Agency does not deliver Gas in time

1. Do not pick phone even even after repeated calls

2. Book Cylinder after 20 days of last delivery date rather than last booking date

3. Does not deliver cylinder some times even after giving booking number

4. Many a times take more than one week to deliver cylinder

5. Rude behavior

I recently booked cyclinder on 22nd Aug. Booking no # 165 was given to me and delivery date was shared as 26th Aug. Called them on 26th when i did not receive cylinder however they promised delivery date of 27th August but again it was not delivered. I called them on 30th Aug and they said i will need to book cylinder again. I complained to a senior member who promised to deliver cylinder on 30th August itself but it never happened.

You are requested to look into this.
