Complaints against agency

Dear Sir

I have a Gas Conection in K2 International (Indian gas agency, Sarita Vihar)

I have booked my gas No.3278 (Rabia Khatoon) 10 days back. The person came with cylender 5 kg less. I had complaint againt the same at K2 International but he did not take any action and said that he will sent the cylender latest by tomarrow.

Today it has pas around 4 days but no one come at our place.

Please do the needful
