Not delivery of gas on time

I want to complaint regarding the not delivery of gas on time. Not only this the customer care people even dont pick the phones. I havent been delivered gas from the past two months and on complaining they dont even show courtesy to speak to the customer and try to solve the problem. My cust. no. is 692465

I want somebody to call me and fulfill my requirement.
