Dead Handset

My phoneset which is about 5 months old suddenly stopped working on 3rd July when I Was going out of Delhi. The phoneset was submitted for necessary repair under warranty on 4th July. Inspite of 3 personal visits I have not recd. back the phone set. Something should be done against this harrasment.
