Loan was closed

Espected sir,

I was pay all installment regularly, and one installment was pending but that time i was not aware about that, becoz my installment was cutting from my bank account, and my one cheques was bounced when i realised my one payment was panding that time 19/08 in that day i was paid that instalment, but there is not updated and never showing closing, and i want to put the loan file but there was not showing me this loan closing updation,

My loan a/c no. is 11753671... pls close that loan file showing me updation as soon as possible and give me reply...
